Boston Children’s Hospital

July 24, 2020

This past weekend we helped Boston Children’s Hospital raise over $4,000 through direct donations and by supporting their Rocket League tournament. Boston Children’s Hospital has done community changing work in the Boston area since 1869, and to recognize that we sought to highlight the great work they did over two days of fun Rocket League action.

On Friday our very own Brandon “Pluto” Schenetzki streamed on our Twitch channel with all donations and stream revenue going toward Boston Children’s. On Saturday we all enjoyed a great tournament run by the Extra Life team and were glad to see an outpouring of love from Rocket League fans across the world!

“It was an amazing opportunity to work Boston Childrens and help the local community with this tournament. Warriors International was happy to help give back to a community that has been so welcoming to us in our first year in esports.”

said Craig Baum co-owner of WIN.

We were extra blessed to be able to work with sunglass creator Goodr to provide pairs of glasses to the top three teams (Apelike Tendencies, NA > EU, and LFT) and the top five largest donors.

Stay tuned to our website for future collaborations with our regional partners and make sure to participate in the upcoming Phoenix Children’s hospital tournament this weekend.
